The council shall have the power, on application to the Council in prescribed form, to enrol a person as Graduate Member of the council, possesses the following qualifications:
(a) He shall have passed the Graduateship Examination of the Institution of Fire Engineers (India)
or
Shall have passed the Divisional Officer course (Advance Diploma) from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.
