Students shall be a person enrolled on application to the council of the Institution in the form prescribed by the council. He shall be not less than 18 years of age shall have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) of a recognized board of education or university or a recognized equivalent examination whole time or part time in fire fighting, fire prevention or fire engineering during the period of his studentship in industrial/city/state/central Govt. (including undertakings)
Note: Persons recruited prior 22-06-2020 shall and still serving and desirous of acquiring more professional knowledge may be admitted as students with basic qualification of matriculation of recognized Board/University upto December 2005.
